Enhanced Login Security
Effective May 1, 2008, Enhanced Login Security (ELS) will be mandatory for all Online Account Access (OAA) members. ELS is a new online security feature that will provide you additional protection from fraud and identity theft. After the 1^st, when you login to OAA you will be prompted to add the extra protection to your computer, you can choose to add it later a total of three times, after that enrollment will be required before accessing your account. Recreational Vehicle Loans
Whether you're looking for a new snowmobile, the utility quad that you've always wanted, or even a new dirt bike, don't be fooled by the manufacturer's variable-rate loans. They may offer seemingly low rates and payments, but many times after the introductory period has ended, the interest rate will skyrocket.

Personal Anytime Teller
We recently upgraded our Phone Account Access system. The NAT system will no longer be available, effective March 1, 2008.

The new system we upgraded to is called "Personal Anytime Teller" (PAT). This system has all of the functionality of the old system, but offers many new features, including the option to use voice-activated or touch-tone commands. Your PIN from the old NAT system will carry over to the new system. As an added security feature, you will now be required to enter the last four digits of your social security number each time you access your account. METRO Credit Union Partners with AAA to Offer Driver's Education
Is your teen getting ready to hit the open road? Looking for the right driver's training class? Look no further. METRO Credit Union is offering both Segment One and Two training sessions at our Main Office located at 6611 Chicago Road.

Segment One-
As a METRO Credit Union or AAA member, you will receive the special $75 AAA discount toward your Segment One Class.

Segment Two-
As a METRO Credit Union or AAA member, you will receive the special $50 AAA discount toward your Segment Two Class.

Fraudulent E-mails
Several METRO Credit Union members have reported receiving fraudulent e-mails claiming to be originating from a "Metro Credit Union" and requesting personal information. If you receive this type of e-mail, please do not respond to it - delete it immediately. It is an identity theft scam. The originators of these e-mails were targeting a different credit union, however several METRO Credit Union members who received the e-mail expressed their concern.

Keep in mind that there are several other credit unions nationwide with the same name as us. If you receive an e-mail from a "Metro Credit Union" displaying a logo that is unfamiliar to you, report the e-mail to phishing@metroconnect.org. METRO Credit Union, or any other reputable organization, will never solicit emails requesting your personal information.
